Anyone Know How to Disconnect Pool Alert? How is it done? Someone told me there is a bombardment in the wall switch that tin can be removed and others said its in the garage. We want to open the doors on prissy days and tin't because the pool alarm sounds. We did purchase the Turtle Pool Alarm in case our dogs fall in. They'll wear a minor turtle on their collars 24/7 and if it gets moisture (accidentally) the alarm receiver in the house will go off. Not saying we'll practise it since we have six grandchildren; only wondering. |

One of the sales agents at an open house said that the electricians wire these alarms (considering of lawmaking) in a style that they cannot be disabled without affecting something else in the house. I haven't verified this, maybe someone in TOTV tin shed some light. __________________ |

Not maxim nosotros'll do information technology since we accept half-dozen grandchildren; just wondering. Nosotros merely removed the battery in the wall switch, and unplugged it in the garage. |

Ours was plugged into the outlet in the ceiling, where ane of the garage doors is plugged in. The wires are hidden in the ceiling; we didnt know whether we had the right plug until nosotros tried it. |

Puddle alert Nosotros recently disconnected out pool warning. There are 2 places....1 in the garage overhead where the light to the garage door is on the ceiling......it looks like a battery pack, and the other by the sliders. I believe at that place is a battery in the one by the sliders you have that you to accept out. Makes a world of divergence. Nothing else in the firm is effected. |

Happinow is right, that is what we did also. That alarm is and so high pitched, for just u.s.a. living in the house in that location was no reason to go out it continued. |

Our puddle warning is also connected to the two windows in our sleeping accommodation that are nether our cage. We couldn't even open up those windows without the alarm going off. I don't take a pool, but do have a spa and was happy to have the alarm when our grand kids were young. |

My pool alarm is turned on and off with a breaker in the electrical panel in the garage. No batteries or any wires to disconnect. I turn it on at night when the grand kids are here. And off the rest of the time. Bob |
